2. Treasury Stewardship & Financial Oversight (April–June)

• Establish quarterly treasury allocation cadence
  • Define funding cycles, spending limits, and transparency mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain a treasury dashboard
  • Provide in-depth visibility into fund utilization.
• Publish two treasury utilization reports
  • One for Q1 (by April 30, 2025) and another for Q2 (by July 31, 2025).
